The flours used in our artisan pizza are a blend of organic flours, white 550, whole wheat, and rye, produced by Moulin d'Echallens. The dough is left to rise for 48 hours to create our signature crust.
For an additional 2 CHF per pizza you have the gluten-free option (the flour is produced by the Moulin du Vaux)
